# Flagged key

Flagging is part of our continued effort to maintain the integrity and safety of our users. To unflag your key and restore full access to Nighty, you must submit a verification request through our Support Portal.

### **Checking if key is flagged**

1. Visit [Get Links](https://nighty.one/get-links).
2. Input your license key, click "Show me the links."
3. If links appear, your key is fine. If flagged, follow the guide below.

### **If Key is Flagged**

1. Go to the [Support Portal](https://nighty.support/).
2. Open a new support request, select "Flagged Key category."
3. Provide proof of purchase: confirmation email screenshot, transaction screenshot, and extra purchase details (Reseller, Date, Payment method, Email, Discord ID).
